Why am I writing this post right now? Because I want to bring a message over. Why do I want to bring a message over? Because I think that this message is important and that it should be spread. …et cetera. You can make an endless chain in that way (which also has no beginning).
You see, everything that happens has a reason and depends on the direct past. Nothing, that is not predeterminated to happen, can actually happen. It’s like math, after 4 comes 5. Always. After 4 comes never 12 or 1 or any other number but 5. Tomorrow will happen exactly like it will happen, there is no other possibility. Philosophers call this “Determinism”, religions call it “Fate” and Christians, Jews and Muslims missinterpreted it as “the great plan of god”, but it is basically the same thing and it exists.
Time cannot be infinitely big, because “infinite” is no natural number. However time has also no beginning and not end. But how can there be a limited amount of time without a beginning and end of time? This is possible, if time is not linear, but circular. It is like a ring. The ring has a perimeter, which is not infinite (it cannot even be infinite), and yet it has no beginning and no end.
Well, I have just logically proven the concept of eternal return as described by Nietzsche, the ancient Egyptians, various traditional Indian philosophers, the Pythagoreans and the Stoics and I have logically disproven the worldviews of Judaism, Christianity, Islam and modern Physics with their creation of the world/big bang and the apocalypse/big crunch – and I did this with only 200 words.
So much for science. Let us now concentrate on more spiritual things. What does this all mean now for us? Does knowing this really make such a big difference? It certainly does. Just think at all your childhood memories. Try to remember each second of them, how you plaid with your friends in fields and meadows, how you smelled for the first time in your live the odour of fresh mowed grass, of the smoke of a campfire, of rain, of hay. Remember the thunderstorms, the mountains you climbed, the forests you wandered in, the rivers you threw stones in as child. These days will all come back! You will experience all of this again in the future although you will not remember the last time anymore. You had experienced it already infinitely often in the past although you cannot remember it anymore.
You, dear readers, each and everyone of you, are immortal!

Everything that happens now has already happened before (and exactly in the same way), but we cannot remember it. Well can’t we? Actually we can! Only we cannot all the time. Have you ever wondered why you now and then expierence a thing called “Déjà-vu”? You feel that you have already experienced the situation that you are just experiencing and at the same time you know (or rather you thing you know) that you have not. Further sometimes you could swear you have known, how the situation would continue. It all lasts for no longer than a few seconds, but sometimes it leaves you with a very stong feeling, that you cannot really describe. What is this now? I think it is the soul (which is trully immortal in contrast to the body), who remembers the last time that the current situation happened. You unconciously feel what I described in the previous paragraphs but do not understand the feeling. Now you know and understand what it means.
Déjà-vus happen when the gods (or the fate or the soul of our universe or whatever you want to call it) make contact with us, they speak to us and we should try to listen. I had my last Déjá-vu today at around 8 a.m., a few hours later (when I had already forgotten the Déjà-vu), I created this blog.
Hail the goddesses of fate! Hail the Norns! Ave Fortuna!
